McClaren Woods Business Park
McClaren Woods combines a rustic setting – including wooded areas and walking trails – with a location that is conveniently located in Findlay Township, just 3 miles from Pittsburgh International Airport.

In 2004 Lewis-Goetz and Company took occupancy of the Park’s first building of 69,000 square feet. The second building (40,000 square feet) was leased to Cameron Industries in 2007. Calgon U.V. Technologies occupies the third building of 44,000 square feet. Baule U.S.A. occupies 10,000 square feet of the fourth building.
