McClaren Woods Business Park
McClaren Woods combines a rustic setting – including wooded areas and walking trails - with a location that is conveniently located in Findlay Township, just 3 miles from the Pittsburgh International Airport.

In 2004 Lewis-Goetz and Company took occupancy of the Park’s first building. The second building, with its primary tenant primary tenant Caldon Ultrasonic Technology Center, was completed in February 2007. A third building of 44,000 square feet is currently under construction.

Build-to-suit opportunities at McClaren Woods including office, flex, manufacturing, and warehouse are currently available. One flex building has 8,000 square feet available. A second building of 60,000 square feet is planned for 2008. Two remaining building sites are available.
