NAIOP is a national association with 11,000+ members and an extensive network of 49 chapters that represent the interests of developers and owners of industrial, office and related commercial real estate throughout North America. NAIOP is the premier trade group for commercial real estate developers.

The NAIOP Chapter Merit Awards program recognizes the outstanding leaders, educational programs, special events, publications and legislative efforts of its chapters. Chapters are welcome to enter as many categories as they like. Outstanding Leadership recipients are recognized at the NAIOP Chapter Leadership and Legislative Retreat in Washington, DC, held in February each year.

Best Building Award

The Masters Builders Association of Western Pennsylvania awarded Elmhurst their 2002 Best Building Award for Building 200 at Airside Business Park. The MBA provides services to contractors performing commercial, institutional and industrial construction in Western PA.

Entrepreneur-of-the-Year

Bill Hunt was a finalist in the 2004 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur-of-the-Year, Western Pennsylvania. The EOY award was begun by Ernst & Young in the United States in 1986 to recognize entrepreneurs who had created and sustained successful, growing business ventures. Since then, the program has grown throughout the world, expanding to six continents and more than 100 cities.

Tilt Up Concrete Award

The Tilt-Up Congrete Association awarded Elmhurst its 2005 Tilt-Up Concrete Award for the outstanding example of tilt-up concrete construction for Airside Business Park Buildings #100 and #200.

Office Building of the Year

BOMA awarded Elmhurst Group its 2008 TOBY Award (The Office Building of the Year) in the Office Park Category for Airside Business Park.

PBT Fastest Growing Companies

The Pittsburgh Business Times named Elmhurst Group one of Pittsburgh's Fastest Growing Companies of 2008 and 2009
